A lot of people are choosing to live in a condo over having a house. There is so much to do when you have a home with a yard. If for some reason your water heater goes out or your air conditioner stops working, you have to go and find a contractor that is good and can help you ASAP. When it comes to a condo, they have their own contractors. They are there 24-7 for any reason at all.
How many people can tell you that they have a guard at the front door stopping people before coming over to your home, and announcing them?
We will go over a few benefits of having your own condo.
Facilities
When you have a home, you have to drive to a gym or to go to the pool. When you have a condo, it has its own gym and pool, and some even have a mall under them. Nowadays, condos are the way to go for the younger generation and young families. Most condos have a kids park, pool, basketball court or tennis. All these are within a block radius and has gates all the way around with only one way to get in. Most condos have guards who will check everyone in that is allowed to be there. That takes a lot of stress off of you as a parent.
Condos will also have a guarded parking for your vehicle.
Maintenance fee
Most condos will have a maintenance fee that will be billed each month or once a year. What this pays for is to keep all the hallways cleaned, and it pays for the guards as well. The staff who works at the gym or the pool area will also get paid through the fees that you pay. When something goes rough with something in your condo, all you have to do is call the maintenance center, and they will send someone up to check what the problem is.
This is nothing like calling a maintenance man from an apartment, and it takes three days before they even look at the problem. They will have it addressed ASAP when it comes to condo living.
Condo living
When you have a condo, you don’t have to worry about the garage door not opening or fixing the gate. These things don’t come to mind when living in a condo. Yard work is not a weekend job anymore.
